  • Full payment must be made before the order is processed, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected (where available).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times are estimated at 2–5 working days, depending on location.

  • Shipping fees may apply, unless a free shipping promotion is offered.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • For intimate products (bras, panties, shapewear, thermals), returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached, due to hygiene reasons.

  • Herbal products and skincare (including serums) cannot be returned once opened.

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request a return, please contact our customer service team before sending any item back.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or services:

  • For unlawful purposes.

  • To violate any Pakistani or international laws.
